The 2022 F1 season is about to start and for that we have improved our API with more data and new endpoints.

NEW ENDPOINTS:

• rankings/fastestlaps : Get the ranking of the fastest laps for a race.
• rankings/startinggrid : Get the starting grid for a race.
• pitstops : Get the list of pit stops made by all drivers during a race.

MORE DATA:

• races endpoint, add a fastest lap field which contains the driver id and the time to complete it.
• circuits endpoint new fields: firstgrandprix, laps, length, racedistance, laprecord.
• teams endpoint new fields: base, firstteamentry, worldchampionships, highestracefinish, polepositions, fastestlaps, technicalmanager, chassis.
• drivers endpoint new fields : abbr, country, birthplace, number, grandsprixentered, worldchampionships, podiums, highestracefinish, highestgridposition, careerpoints.
